Hi, I'm Mike. When I started I was 5′9, and after 90 days I was only one inch taller, and in spite my promise to myself I kept on doing and after only 4 month I was 2 inches taller, after that I’ve seen no results. Today I’m 5′11 tall, and I love my height.
